At RHA, we are committed to providing the highest quality services and supports. We understand that little things can mean a lot. At RHA, if the customer is not satisfied, we're not satisfied. We are constantly seeking feedback from the consumers, their families and guardians, the local authorities, and our employees through surveys, small meetings and our company Consumer and Family Advisory Council. We make the changes that are necessary to improve our services. We work every day to be responsive to the changing needs and accomplishments of the people we support. 

We are very proud of our outstanding Quality Assurance Program. We are committed, through this dedicated team, to monitor the quality of everything we do. The reason for RHA's focus on quality is obvious:
