| Dear Parents and Guardians,
The Consumer Family Advisory Council (known as CFAC)
has been established by RHA to serve as a clearinghouse
for all activities related to our service users
(consumers) and their families. This committee is made up
of parents and service users from across the state and
will meet twice a year. Our mission will be to advise and
support RHA in its mission by advocating in all areas for
service users and their families. As members of this
committee, we are in a unique position to offer advice and
suggestions to our administrators and Board as well as to
advocate to these same entities on behalf of our service
users.
In order to be effective, it is important that this
committee hears from you regarding your thoughts and
opinions about the services your family member receives.
We hope you will feel free to communicate all concerns as
well as positive comments to this committee. You may

This committee will be communicating with you through
articles in the company newsletters you receive. It is our
intent to provide you with information after each of our

Your Voice Is Heard”, in the RHA quarterly newsletter.
Through the work of this committee, we hope to keep you
informed of the issues directly affecting your service
user.
